ISO
1) Shooting at a high ISO at a sporting event makes it easier to capture a photo in low lighting without having to use flash.
2) Use a low ISO whenever possible, especially in good lighting, to capture the most detailed image possible.
3) Use a higher ISO when there's not enough light to quickly capture your image or to freeze motion without flash.
